  • No Special Categories: We do not collect sensitive data (health, political opinions, biometric data, etc.).

Legal Basis and Legitimacy
The processing of your data is based on your explicit consent when you voluntarily send us a message, fill out a contact form (checking the consent box), or email us. This consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to withdrawal.

Singular Glass does not share, sell, or transfer your personal data to third parties.

  • Hosting: Your data is hosted exclusively by Infomaniak in data centers located in the European Union and Switzerland.

  • No US Transfers: We do not use any services based in the United States for processing your data (with the exception of the physical server infrastructure of Infomaniak, which complies with Swiss and EU standards).

  • No Third-Party Tools: We do not use Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Gmail, Google Analytics, Squarespace, or any other third-party marketing or analytics platforms. All operations are conducted within our own secure infrastructure.

Data Retention
Your personal data will be retained only for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose of your request (e.g., responding to your inquiry).

  • Contact Data: Deleted once the request is resolved and any legal retention obligations have expired.

  • Newsletter: Singular Glass does not currently operate a newsletter subscription service.

  • Legal Obligations: Where required by law (e.g., tax or commercial records), data is retained for the periods mandated by Spanish law (typically 4 to 10 years), after which it is anonymized or deleted.
